*No openings at this time* Employment Opportunities We are always glad to accept resumes from enthusiastic, hard working, dependable, team oriented people who wish to join our team of veterinary health care professionals. You are always welcome to submit your resume at any time. Please be sure to include a cover sheet explaining what position you are interested in and why you would be a good addition to our team. When the position you are interested in becomes available, we will call you to discuss your resume. Our Hiring Philosophy We do not discriminate on the basis of sex, sexual orientation, race, color, religious creed, marital status, national origin, ancestry, medical condition, age or disability. We want to be the best, so we hire the best! Our motto is "Work Hard, Play Hard" -- we will give anyone a chance but are very selective in deciding who remains with our team. Our pay is competitive and most important, we believe in a FUN and FAIR workplace. We often will ask if a prospective employee can attend a "working interview" - where you spend a minimum of 4 hours assisting staff with simple tasks. This allows us to get to know you better and gives you the opportunity to see us in action. Once hired, you will have a minimum 2-week training period, will spend at least a week observing the duties you will undertake and will spend at least a week performing these duties under observation before you are "turned loose". These time frames may be longer depending on the experience, the position and the individual. Since all positions here take awhile to become comfortable with, we have an initial 3-month trial employment period. You will earn a training salary during this period and your skill level will be assessed at the end of three months to determine your working salary. From time to time the following positions become available. For information on open positions, call our Office Manager, Deb Ortiz.
